Inclement Weather Notice:

Greenville County has announced that government offices will open at 10:00 am on Monday, February 2nd. The University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville campus will delay opening until 10:00 am. Additional updates to note are:

  • Pending clinical closures, Clerkship and Post-Clerkship students should adhere to the policy below. For up-to-date information on Prisma clinics experiencing delays or closures, click here. Safety is paramount, and students should use their best judgment. Use caution in areas that are impassable or may be icy. If you are unable to travel safely, please fill out the form below for an excused absence.
  • SOMG leadership strongly encourages remote work for faculty and staff who are not required to be in the office tomorrow. Please work with your leaders to confirm.
