Graduate Council Meetings
When does the Council meet?
Meetings of the Graduate Council are scheduled for the 4th Monday of each month at 2 pm.
Exceptions to Meeting Dates
December Meeting: Held the 2nd Monday of the month, before semester break.
May Meeting: Held the 2nd Monday at 2 p.m.
Summer Meetings: Meetings are not typically held in June or July.
Where does the Council meet?
The location will be announced to department chairs and graduate directors and will be available on the Graduate School home page.
Who can attend?
Meetings are open, except for agenda items pertaining to personnel or student files.
