History
Our mission as an organization at USC is to “promote professionalism and leadership in nursing while advocating for wellness for all people in our USC community and beyond.” As a contributor to the State and National Student Nurses’ Associations, we participate in initiatives and pursue leadership at the school, state, and national levels every year.
How to become a member
Membership applications will open beginning of Fall and Spring semesters only. More information can be found during these periods through our social media and Garnet Gate page.
Meetings
SNA meetings include opportunities for students to meet fellow nursing peers and engage with them through outside the classroom activities. We host multiple guest speakers per semester who offer members the opportunity to learn about different kinds of nursing, ask questions, and network with professionals.
- Fall 2023 meeting dates are TBD
