Bio
| Background: | Emigrated to the US in 1990 after completion of medical school at Dhaka medical College, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Did Internal Medicine residency at St. Raphael Hospital from 1993 to 1996. After a career in Internal medicine, pursued Hematology fellowship at Yale School of Medicine from 2006-2009. Since has moved to SC, and joined Cancer Center of the Carolinas, which now is known as the Cancer institute, Prisma Health System. I for the most part, practice benign and malignant Hematology, with a focus on bone marrow transplant and other cellular therapies such as CAR-T. |
