Bio
Background: | After a later start in medicine due to limited exposure early in life, I discovered my true calling during a transformative summer internship that included a hospital rotation. This newfound passion led me to Georgetown University School of Medicine, where my journey in the medical field formally began. It was during my subspecialty rotations that I was introduced to urology. The balance between clinical and operative care, along with the unique patient interactions, resonated deeply with me. My specific interest in endoscopic surgery drove me to pursue a fellowship in endourology at Indiana University School of Medicine, from which I graduated in 2019. Over the subsequent five years, I dedicated myself to refining endoscopic surgical techniques, ensuring patients received the utmost care. My dedication was not only evident in the surgeries I performed but also in the numerous publications I contributed to, underscoring the incredible outcomes that can be achieved with high-quality care. Now, as I transition to Greenville, my dual goal is clear: to offer top-tier endourology care to the region and to find a harmonious balance between my demanding profession and my growing family. My commitment to excellence remains unwavering, but it's now complemented by an equally strong dedication to my loved ones. |
