Bio
| Background: | Dr. Beben completed her undergraduate work at Tulane University with dual degrees in Molecular Biology and Spanish Language and Literature. She went back home to her native Connecticut for medical school at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine but quickly headed back south for residency training at the AnMed Health Family Medicine Residency Program. After graduation she completed her National Health Service Corp obligation in rural El Dorado Springs, MO practicing full spectrum family medicine. She and her family returned to South Carolina where she practiced for 6 years and became an instructor of family medicine for the AnMed program. She has recently joined the Seneca-Clemson Family Medicine Residency Program where she serves as associate program director. |
