The following student were recognized for receiving departmental travel awards:
Tanya Hundal, a member of Professor John Lavigne's group, received the Cancer Research Travel Award. She will attend the International Conference on Glycomics, December 1-2, 2016.
Clorissa Washington, a member of Professor Wayne Outten's group, received the James R. Durig Graduate Student Travel Award. She will attend the National Organization for the Professional Advancement of Black Chemists and Chemical Engineers (NOBCChe) 43rd Annual Conference, November 8 -11, 2016.
Andrew Pingitore, a member of Professor Brian Benicewicz's group, received the James R. Durig Graduate Student Travel Award. He will attend the Polymer for Fuel Cells, Energy Storage, and Conversion Meeting, February 26 – March 1, 2017.
