She's been awarded the Tomas A. Hirschfeld Student Award from the Federation of Applied Chemistry and Spectroscopy Societies recognizing the most outstanding papers submitted to the annual conference by a graduate student for her presentation "Integration of Higher Order Gap Derivatives."

She has also been awarded the Coblentz Student Award by the Coblentz Society for excellence in vibrational spectroscopy research.

Both awards will be presented at the SCiX 2015 conference in Providence RI, September 27 – October 2, 2015.
