The IT Service Desk is your single point of contact for computer, technology and IT-related questions and support. We offer a full-service center dedicated to providing technical support and on-site assistance for the USC community.

The Carolina Tech Zone provides in-person technology support for all students. Our services include connecting to the network, installing software, diagnosing computer problems, removing viruses, providing mobile support and more.

Service Desk technicians are available to chat through the IT Service Portal. Select the Chat icon in the bottom right of the screen and login with your Network Username to chat with a technician.
Monday – Friday
9:30am – 4:30pm.
Submit a ticket through the IT Service Portal by selecting Order Something and choosing the right catalog item.
