Abstract
Nudges are low-cost interventions designed to influence our behavior by changing how or when choices are offered. In educational settings, nudges have been used to increase completion of the FAFSA, improve attendance, and decrease symptoms of depression and anxiety, among others. In the latest issue of The Toolbox, Brad Garner explores how we can use small prompts in the classroom to produce positive outcomes for student performance and learning.
