Program Spotlight

1Any facility that meets or exceeds the STQ for any COI listed in DHS Appendix A is required to report possession of those chemicals to DHS and establish security measures to prevent their misuse. Review CFATS fact sheet for universities for more information.

2If your laboratory use and/or store any of the Appendix A (summary list for labs) chemicals, ensure that they are included and highlighted in your chemical inventory.

3 Update quantities each time Appendix A (summary list for labs) chemicals are ordered or significant quantities are used up, and submit updated inventory to EH&S.
