Jeb Bush delivers commencement address

Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush told University of South Carolina graduates to find joy in their life's work. Bush received an honorary degree of doctor of public service and delivered the commencement address. Ned Siegel, the former ambassador to the Bahamas also received an honorary degree of doctor of business administration.
