An open letter updating students about Five Points safety initiatives

University of South Carolina President Harris Pastides updates students on safety initiatives in Columbia's restaurant and entertainment area of Five Points.
In addition to offering fun, safe activities for students to enjoy on weekends, the university also is providing late-night shuttle services to and from Five Points.
