Before completing the form below, please read through the information below:
- If you are reserving space, you must check the calendar for room availability. Give at least THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS NOTICE.
- No reservations may be made for classrooms (B110, B111, or B112) during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm). Exceptions can be made for senior thesis defenses, which can be made starting on the WF withdrawal date of the semester in which they take place.
- No recurring reservations may be made for the B119 conference room during regular business hours.
- Read the guidelines for reserving space in the HRH classrooms.
- Room capacities for each space are listed next to their checkboxes on the request form below. For more information about layouts, view the images on our reservations page.
- Food and drink are not allowed in Honors Residence Hall classrooms.
