Advising Success Network

The Advising Success Network, supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, is a partnership among higher education organizations and leaders who believe advising is the bright star in a constellation of student support services. Current ASN-related projects include understanding Advising as a Promising and High-Impact Practice and the development of a Campus Guidebook for Using Evidence Strategically and Advising Case Studies.

Center Surveys

Since 1988, the National Resource Center has conducted and encouraged national research on student learning, development, and success, including high-impact practices like the first-year seminar, sophomore initiatives, peer leadership, information literacy, and senior capstone experiences.

College and Career Readiness in South Carolina

Since 2014, the National Resource Center has partnered with the Center of Excellence for College and Career Readiness to conduct research on the state of college and career readiness in South Carolina. Current projects associated with this partnership include examining math readiness for college and career in South Carolina.
