“Carolina CrossTalk magazine has been an amazing opportunity to refine my skills as a designer while working with a talented team. It also has provided me creative freedom and numerous opportunities to build up my design portfolio. I enjoy collaborating with other members for the benefit of receiving and providing feedback to improve as an individual designer and wholly as a magazine. It has been a great way to gain realistic experience in a student-run organization. I actively work with the writers, editors, researchers and other designers to reach our ultimate goal of publishing a new issue each semester, which is something for each member to be very proud of!”
