UofSC Fashion Week celebrates 10th anniversary

The University of South Carolina Fashion Board, a student-run organization, will host its 10th annual Fashion Week March 20-24.
The public is invited to the week’s biggest events, the Student Designer Showcase and the Finale Show.
The Student Designer Showcase will take place at 7 p.m., March 22 at 701 Whaley in Columbia. Attendees can view original designs, shop the student vendor tables and enjoy light refreshments as the university’s own designers present their collections to a panel of judges on a runway as live fashion mannequins. Tickets are $5 at the door and free with a valid Carolina Card.
The Finale Show will be at 7 p.m., March 23 at 701 Whaley. Featuring local boutiques and retailers from the Columbia area, this runway show will consist of the latest spring collections modeled by university students. Tickets are $5 at the door and free with a valid Carolina Card.
