Construction on South Assembly Street will disrupt traffic Aug. 24-25
Closure between Rosewood Drive and Whaley Street requires drivers to find alternate route

A section of South Assembly Street, between Rosewood Drive and Whaley Street, will be closed Wednesday and Thursday (Aug. 24-25) for railroad crossing work.
The construction on the major thoroughfare will disrupt commuters from Interstate 77 and Bluff and Shop roads for the two days. Drivers should find alternate routes to and from campus.
