Healthy Carolina is introducing a new opportunity called the Resiliency Project. The series will allow you to engage in interactive sessions to help increase your ability to bounce back and fail forward in response to life challenges.
Students who increase their resiliency skills report better adjustment to college, lower stress levels and increased ability to balance academic demands and self-care. Should you choose to participate, you will have the opportunity to meet new people, learn ways to cope with life challenges and get some free gifts along the way.
The series will be facilitated by Student Health Services and Housing teams. This series will be held for four weeks in February in four different locations:
- 7-8:30 p.m. Mondays in Sims Classroom 118
- 3:30-5 p.m. Tuesdays in Green Quad A Building Classroom
- 6:30-8 p.m. Wednesdays in Capstone Keystone Room
- 2-3:30 p.m. Thursdays in Preston Residential College Classroom
If you’d like to participate, please complete this form by Feb. 2.
