Moving Forward Together 4

Moving Forward Together 4 (MFT4) is a research study focused on increasing the physical activity of breast cancer survivors via web-based platform. We will give every participant a Fitbit to monitor their physical activity. Half of the participants will also be matched with a Peer Mentor who will serve as their coach throughout their 12-week exercise journey. Peer Mentors will encourage and guide their assigned participant via weekly phone calls. This study is being conducted by the University of South Carolina.
