The Transportation Geotechnics Laboratory (TGL) at the University of South Carolina
functions under the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, with supervision
provided by Prof. Yu Qian. At TGL, we engage in both foundational and practical research
to address issues in transportation infrastructures encompassing railroads, highways,
and airfields. Our ultimate goal is to usher transportation infrastructure into the
Infrastructure 4.0 Era.
In simpler terms, we thoroughly enjoy working towards enhancing the quality of transportation
infrastructures. |
