Balanced Beauty
What to Expect
Balanced Beauty was created purposely to bring minority men and women together on campus by easing and dealing with one of our biggest insecurities, our skin types. Our skin is the largest and most visible organ on our bodies, therefore, it makes our skin the primary target for judgement and increases our insecurity. The sole purpose is to help members establish a balance between their outer and inner beauty through Skin Care, Self Care, and Wellness. Members will learn their skin types, create face masks, learn what is beneficial and harmful to their skin, participate in healthy workout routines, connect with professionals who work in the cosmetic and wellness field, and have the opportunity to promote their cosmetic brand and/or business.
Registered Student Organization (RSO): student organizations that are independent legal entities from the University, have no delegated authority from the University, and do not perform functions on behalf of the university.
