Course Description:
The purpose of this class is to provide students with an opportunity to explore the evolution and development of law and government in a cross-cultural context. Specifically, we will examine particular legal and governmental institutions that regulate policy and resolve disputes both domestically and internationally. A portion of the class will be conducted in the United States with the remaining portions taught in England and Scotland.
