What to Expect
American Pharmacists Association - Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP) is currently the nation's largest student pharmacist organization, with over 30,000 student members nationwide. The mission of APhA-ASP is "to be the collective voice of student pharmacists, to provide opportunities for professional growth, to improve patient care, and to envision and advance the future of pharmacy." Within APhA-ASP, we offer a wide variety of roles and opportunities, including: policy and advocacy, leadership, patient care and community service projects, international opportunities, professional development programs, career development programs, and meetings and networking. The possibilities within APhA-ASP are truly endless, and these opportunities are furthered via American Pharmacists Association (APhA), which includes pharmacists from all specialties within the profession.
Registered Student Organization (RSO): student organizations that are independent legal entities from the University, have no delegated authority from the University, and do not perform functions on behalf of the university.
