Engagement Details

Seidokan Aikido Club of South Carolina

What to Expect

The Seidokan Aikido club offers regular martial arts and self-defense training. Aikido's gentle nature allows for controlling a situation without resorting to physical harm. In addition to practices, the club holds regular socials and special events. To join the club, simply show up to a practice and pay the $20/semester dues. We encourage you to attend a practice before you join to see if you like it. You do not need to attend every meeting to be a member, and you can also join any time during the semester. We hope to see you on the mat!

Registered Student Organization (RSO): student organizations that are independent legal entities from the University, have no delegated authority from the University, and do not perform functions on behalf of the university.
