Planned Parenthood Generation Action
What to Expect
Generation Action is Planned Parenthood's collegiate arm that is focused on student involvement in Planned Parenthood's various missions regarding reproductive health and freedom. We discuss what is happening in South Carolina regarding women's rights, how we feel about the national political climate in regards to reproductive rights, and how we can get involved in political and community activism. In the USC community, we host events advocating for various initiatives such as safe sex education, getting tested, and dispelling stigma for reproductive health care. The main purpose of PPGA is to involve students with Planned Parenthood's mission and expose our community to the importance of reproductive rights.
Registered Student Organization (RSO): student organizations that are independent legal entities from the University, have no delegated authority from the University, and do not perform functions on behalf of the university.
