Community Service Ambassador

 

What to Expect

Be the change as a community service ambassador at a Midlands nonprofit organization. Campus staff will pair you with a partner in your interest area, and across one semester, you will dedicate 50 or more service hours (which can be applied toward Graduation with Leadership Distinction) to a meaningful project. You'll also meet and bond with other service-minded students at social issue discussions twice each month.

This engagement qualifies for these special designations:

  • GLD-Professional & Civic Engagement
  • GLD-Community Service
  • Experiential Learning Opportunity
  • Option to appear on USC Experience extended transcript

Term: Spring 2023

 

Requirements

Time Commitment: 60 - 89 hours
Minimum Credit Hours: 60 hours or 2 years completed at any college
Minimum GPA:  60 hours or 2 years completed at any college
Other Requirements No additional requirements
