Lectures are available within 24 hours following the live class. The lectures are password protected to limit access to students enrolled in the course. Passwords are available from your instructor.
Internet and software requirements
To view the video files you must have a broadband or high-speed Internet connection such as DSL, a corporate LAN, or cable modem.
Windows users: You must have the latest version of VLC Media Player or Windows Media Player installed on your computer. Is your browser software up to date? Download the latest version of Firefox or Internet Explorer.
Mac users: Mac users may use VLC Media Player to view the course lectures. The free player is available here. Please select the correct version for your operating system. You may also purchase Windows Media Components for QuickTime by Flip4Mac for $5.95. Click here to download. Make sure your Web Browser software is up to date. Click on the links for the latest versions of Safari or Mozilla Firefox.
Mac users will need to select the Download or Connect option (if available) to view a course, NOT the Stream option, which will not work on a Mac.
To view streaming video (Windows users ONLY)
Click on the Stream link for the course and date of your class. Enter the user ID and password. The video files are large and may take some time to begin playing. If you experience delays of more than 10 to 15 minutes, please try again later. Long delays are due to heavy network traffic. If you have problems streaming your class, try the download link instead.
To download a video file
To save the file on your computer for viewing later, right click on the Download link for the course and date of your class. Depending on which browser you are using, you will select either "save target as" or "save link as" and enter your user ID and password. Mac users should right click (or control click) and select "download linked file" or "save link as." A left click on the download link will only save the video file to temporary storage on your computer.
Video files are large (100 + Megabytes) and may take some time to download. If you experience wait times for more than 30 minutes, please try again later.
