Program: PGY1 Community-Based Pharmacy Residency

Location: Florence, South Carolina (and surrounding area)

Background: HopeHealth, a Federally Qualified Health Center, provides integrated health services for more than 50,000 patients   in areas   surrounding Aiken, Clarendon, Florence, Orangeburg, and Williamsburg counties. HopeHealth pharmacists practice interdisciplinary primary care and collaborate with specialties such as infectious diseases, endocrinology, pediatrics, pain management, and more.  Residents will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within many specialty disciplines as their interests and the site needs algin.  Residents at HopeHealth will have the opportunity to work alongside an incredible team of pharmacist and physician preceptors who are passionate about providing excellent patient care, increasing patients' access to clinical pharmacy services and investing in the next generation of health care professionals.
