Cynthia Phillips, Pharm.D., is an associate professor in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy and Outcomes Sciences at the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee in 1991 and completed a PGY1 clinical pharmacy residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Hospital.
