It is always an exciting opportunity for students to present their posters at the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) Midyear Clinical Meeting and Exhibition. Three representatives from the College of Pharmacy, WeiWei Zhang, a visiting professor from China, Austin Williams, a fourth-year pharmacy student, and Associate Professor Brandon Bookstaver, Pharm.D., received additional well-deserved attention for their presentation at December’s conference in Las Vegas.
The poster focused on a study on the human consumption of fish antibiotics. The study gained such interest that Newsweek interviewed Bookstaver about the project.
