Students who are on schedule to be candidates for graduation in Summer may request to participate in commencement exercises in the preceding Spring (as an Early Walk) or the following Fall (as a Late Walk).   In order to be considered to walk either early or late, students must submit the form below.

Students who are on schedule to be candidates for graduation in the Fall are expected to participate in the Fall Commencement Ceremony.  Students who are on schedule to be candidates for graduation in the Spring are expected to participate in the Spring Commencement Ceremony. 

This form may be completed by students attending any USC Campus with the exception of USC Aiken and doctoral students. Students attending USC Aiken should contact the records office  on their campus instead of completing this form. Doctoral students may not walk before completing all degree requirements; contact the Graduate School for more information.
