Story: 
I will always carry the memories of all the wonderful people that I have met and had the opportunity to spend time with at UofSC. Whether it was working in the Sustainable Carolina garden, doing research in lab, or singing the alma mater with the band at the end of football games, it was the connections I forged with people that has made my time at UofSC really special.  

Post-graduate plans: 
Ian will be pursuing a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry at the University of Michigan. 

Career goals/professional aspirations: 
To obtain a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry and to become a professor solving the world's environmental problems through research.
