National Fellowships and Scholar Programs

Advising and Workshops

We provide advisement and support for your pursuit of national fellowships.

Make an Appointment

When you choose to engage in the process of becoming a national fellowships applicant, our advisors can help. They serve as mentors, coaching you through many aspects of the process, like completing your application or selecting a fellowship that compliments your interests. One-on-one meetings are a great way for us to get to know you, and then best advise you on national fellowships that fit your interests and goals.

Attend a Workshop

Students of all years are encouraged to attend a workshop. Held during the fall and spring semesters, most sessions feature specific competitions, faculty advisors and USC student winners.

Workshops Offered »

While campus is closed, click here to find workshop webinars to learn more about the application process for a particular award. A range of topics are covered to help students applying for a variety of fellowships and scholarships. Some sessions also feature faculty advisors and/or USC student winners.

Engage with Faculty Experts

At the University of South Carolina, you don't have to navigate the national fellowship process alone. We encourage you to reach out to the faculty and staff experts across campus to help you consider, apply for, and win awards.
