South Carolina Honors College Student Receives Rotary Global Grant
University of South Carolina senior Leila Heidari has been named as a recipient of the Rotary Global Grant to obtain her Masters in Global Health at Oxford University in Oxford, UK during the 2014-2015 academic year.
