Summer program for American students to intensively study Chinese (Mandarin) and immerse themselves in Taiwanese culture for two months.
While the final deadline is March 31st, earlier application is encouraged. Notification of early acceptance is February 25th, notification of regular admission is April 10th.
Please note: Students applying for the Taiwan USA Alliance Scholarship must also complete the USC Study Abroad Application due to the Study Abroad Office. The deadline for doing so is Feb 15 for programs that begin in the summer. See link to Forms and Applications at sc.edu/studyabroad
Award Value
Tuition, room and board, homestay, excursions, and language partner. Travel costs to Taiwan and meals not included.
