About this Fellowship
The AJI Reporting Fellowship provides 18 - 24 months of training and mentorship for aspiring journalists. AJI is committed to unbiased political journalism and restoring the public's trust in news media.
Candidates of all backgrounds who are passionate about beginning a career in journalism are encouraged to apply. Prior journalism experience is not required. Fellows will be mentored by top journalism professionals and will work in the News of the United States (NOTUS) newsroom at AJI's headquarters in Washington, D.C.

Award Value
$60,000/year stipend plus $1,500 for moving expenses
