National Federation for the Blind Scholarship
Goes By: Blind
Legally blind college students can apply for a variety of scholarships based on academic excellence, community service, and leadership with one application.
In addition to a scholarship, each winner will receive assistance to attend the 2014 National Federation of the Blind Annual Convention at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Florida, July 1-6 (departing July 7), providing an excellent opportunity for high-level networking with active blind persons in many different professions and occupations.
While you do not have to be a citizen of the USA, our national scholarships are restricted to blind persons who live and attend school where we have an affiliate of our organization, and who intend to reside here after graduation.
Thirty merit-based, national-level scholarships are worth from $3,000 to $12,000.
