American-Scandinavian Foundation Grant

Fellowship Website

Offers fellowships to individuals to pursue research, study or creative arts projects in one or more Scandinavian country for up to one year.

The number of awards varies each year according to total funds available. Awards are made in all fields.

Please note: Current students applying for the American-Scandinavian Foundation Grant must also complete the USC Study Abroad Application due to the Study Abroad Office. If awarded grant, at least 30 days prior to departure you must complete the relevant Study Abroad Application found at the link to Forms and Applications and then Non-Credit Global Learning Programs at

Fellowships (up to $23,000) and grants (up to $5,000).
