Carnegie Endowment for International Peace Gaither Junior Fellows

Gaither Junior Fellows serve as research assistants to Senior Fellows at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Washington, DC, for one year.

Each year the Endowment offers 8-10 one-year fellowships to uniquely qualified graduating seniors and recent graduates (applicants cannot have begun graduate studies). Positions available vary from year to year, but may be available in areas such as Democracy, Russia and Eurasia, Middle East, East Asia, Energy and Climate, and Nuclear Policy. Up to two students may be nominated by USC per year.

Must be eligible to work in the US during the entire fellowship year (non-citizens ok with a F-1 visa).

Award Value

$36,000 for the year, plus a benefits package.
