Due to ongoing security concerns on a state, federal and international level, the USC system’s networks will no longer support access to the TikTok social media platform.

• Individuals with personal devices may still access the application on their private carrier data networks.
• A limited number of exemptions will be granted for research and educational purposes.

Those seeking an exemption to access the TikTok platform on the USC network for specific professional/and or academic purposes must contact their college’s or division’s senior executive leader to determine eligibility (Dean’s office, Vice Presidents’ office).
