On Tuesday, Aug. 9 a new Blackboard app became available for download/update. In the past, Blackboard had two apps: one for students and one for instructors, which caused confusion for many. The apps have been consolidated into one, which can be used by both students and instructors. The user experience will change based on the user’s role within a course. Instructors can use the updated Blackboard app for both Original and Ultra courses.

Instructors - Please go to your app store and download the new Blackboard Mobile App. It will replace your instructor app. 

Students - Please go to your app store and download the new Blackboard Mobile App or apply the upgrade if you already have the app. You will then be able to login via the app.
