What's your favorite thing about Columbia?
My favorite thing about Columbia is Saturday game days. Coming together to support the football team with my friends has been one of my favorite memories I’ve made while coming to school here. I also enjoy the riverwalk park and Soda City.
What are your hobbies or things you like to do?
I love to work out and do Pilates. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends and traveling.
What has surprised you the most about Nursing school?
The biggest blessing and surprise of nursing school have been my clinical instructors and professors. They offer their students so much support and resources within the college and they inspire me to learn and be a great student nurse.
What is an accomplishment in college that you are very proud of?
An achievement in college I'm very proud of has been making it into the Upper Division and receiving a departmental scholarship from the College of Nursing.
Why did you choose USC?
I chose USC because of its amazing nursing program and welcoming environment. When I toured USC it felt like home and the people and professors seemed like wonderful people who truly wanted you to succeed.
What advice would you give incoming students?
The advice I would give to incoming students is to get out of their comfort zone. Join clubs and push yourself to meet new people. You will make lifelong connections while attending USC!
