Kappa Kappa Psi National Council announces the 2017-2019 Chapter Leadership Award
Winners. These chapters become finalists for the William A. Scroggs Founders Trophy
to be presented in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The Founders Trophy has been presented at
each biennial convention to the outstanding chapter in the nation since 1957. More
than 40 chapters were eligible for this award, and after careful consideration, please
