Elementary Treble Clinic
Emily Williams Burch, conductor, is founder and artistic director of RISE Chorales, a youth community choir in Savannah, Georgia, with a mission to “revolutionize and inspire singing excellence” through vocal music education, socials and service projects. For nearly 10 years, Mrs. Burch served on the podium as director of education and music for the Savannah Children’s Choir and served as department chair while teaching general music/piano at The Garrison School of Visual and Performing Arts. Mrs. Burch is in her second year as a doctor of music candidate in choral conducting at USC.

Middle School SATB Clinic
Augusto Gil recently earned his master of music degree in choral conducting from the University of South Carolina and is beginning his first year as choral director of Meadow Glen Middle School (Lexington, SC). He actively engages with middle school choirs and changing voices in Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina using music that encourages student thinking about social issues and using their own narrative to guide their creativity. In addition to ministry work, he currently serves as first vice president of Delta Omicron International Music Fraternity and as honor choir coordinator for the ACDA Southern Region.
