The annual scholarship fundraising event takes place on January 31
Join Friends of the School of Music for an outstanding gourmet dinner and music by some of the best musicians in the nation. The annual Musical Feast raises scholarship money for talented young music students at USC.
This year’s musical feast features Marina Lomazov and Joseph Rackers, piano; J.D. Shaw, French horn; Daniel Cole, baritone, and Jazz Strings: Bert Ligon, Daniel Sweaney and Friends.
Friends of the University of South Carolina School of Music have been helping students achieve their dreams since 1992. Since its inception, Friends have provided more than half a million dollars to outstanding students of music at USC.
"My 'feast' with the USC School of Music began in 1973. Forty years later this feast continues to nourish my passion for music through unparalleled excellence as an international presence for state of the art musical scholarship. It is a pleasure to be a part of affording outstanding young musicians the opportunity to experience the same blessings." – Ann B. Wilson, BA, MM, DMA
