Learn about criminal courts and trials in South Carolina.

Discover how charges are brought and litigated and the possible outcomes in each court. Learn about the impact of constitutional law and evidence law on what evidence can be introduced in a criminal trial and how previous court rulings impact the progress of case development, negotiations, and trial.

We will view the movie Just Mercy and look behind the statistics used by the Innocence Project.
