Walt Disney World Leadership Experience

Sunday, March 9th - Thursday, March 13th, 2025

The Walt Disney World Leadership Experience provides USC students with an opportunity to further their leadership skills through an engaging program during Spring Break, facilitated by Walt Disney World Cast Members, at the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.

"Leadership the Disney Way"

In this experience, participants will get a unique opportunity to realize their potential by interacting with Disney leaders, engaging in leadership activities and experiencing fun, hands-on learning. The leadership workshops facilitated by Disney provide an opportunity to learn effective communication, critical thinking, and the art of innovation. Participants will also learn about the importance of Disney’s 5 Keys of Excellence - principles that guide Disney Cast Members in everything they do.

Participants will experience the real-world application of these principles by encountering problem-solving scenarios and will discover their own personal leadership style.

Souvenirs, food during travel days, additional foods/snacks, and any extras will be the responsibility of the individual. Participants are able to choose which parks they attend for two of the three days. We will have monthly meetings leading up to this program so you can meet others who are attending and plan your itinerary!

Participating in this program will provide you with an opportunity to experience and learn from a global leader in business and leadership development. This opportunity will enhance your skills and understanding of leadership and allow you to bring back these experiences to USC, where you can implement these new ideas and help develop other leaders within our communities.

The Walt Disney World Leadership Experience is a great balance of fun and learning during your spring break! Students will have the opportunity to choose their own schedule and parks for Tuesday and Wednesday during the week; but don't worry, if this is your first time attending Disney we can assist with planning and finding other participants looking for the same experience as you!
