The team supporting IT Optimization works toward the following goals:

• Within 12 months, unite applicable IT staff in a new IT organization that can support the entire Columbia campus. 
• Within 18 months, optimize these newly united people, processes, and technology to create a campus-wide standard of IT excellence.
  • Make all changes with a focus on the needs of students, faculty, and staff.
• Report on progress to stakeholders regularly.
