Service Delivery and Support Update: February 18, 2019

 

This month, we will be upgrading ServiceNow to the London release. Our lower, non-production environments have been upgraded and are ready for testing. We have reached out to select groups to test the London release, however, if you have not heard from us and would like to participate, please reply to this email.

Here's what you need to know for our upgrade:

  • Core testing for London was completed last week. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) began on Friday, February 15th and will run for one week, ending this Friday, the 22nd at noon.
  • During this phase, the Service Delivery and Support team is in a development freeze. During the freeze, we will be able to make operational updates, such as text changes, adding users to groups, etc. We are unable to create new catalog items or begin new development work during this time.
